my way home….
Hey, I was born in 1985 in the beautiful city of Hamburg, with German–Brazilian roots. From an early age, I discovered my passions for movement, psychology, and spirituality — each teaching me to live consciously and to nurture a loving relationship with my body, mind and soul.
After finishing high school, I began a career as an international fashion model, traveling the world and living in New York, Paris, Barcelona, Cape Town, New Zealand and Brazil. Experiencing different cultures and ways of thinking broadened my perspective and shaped my open-minded view of the world.
“Nothing compares to the beautiful feeling of returning to a familiar place and realizing how much you’ve changed.”
Nelson Mandela

Yet working full-time in the fashion industry also revealed a deep disconnection within myself. I realized that my relationship with my body had become harmful, my inner world felt frozen and I was suppressing my emotions while struggling with social anxiety. I longed to cultivate inner peace, harmony in my body, to live authentically and to trust in real connections.
As my curiosity for spirituality and psychology grew, I wanted to understand the roots of my self-destructive patterns, relational difficulties, inner struggles and how my family system and past traumatic experiences had affected me.
In my mid-twenties, I deepened my passion for movement and began training in personal and group coaching — strength and athletic training, breathwork, neuroathletics, Pilates, and yoga. For 10 years, I worked as a personal trainer and discovered how much I enjoy inspiring and motivating people to take care of their bodies.
During my personal transformative experiences, along with exploring different trauma-sensitive therapeutic approaches fundamentally changed how I want to work with people. It became clear to me that our emotional and mental state is inseparable from our physical symptoms and our dysregulated nervous system — and that the roots often lie in unhealed wounds and unresolved traumatic experiences.
„The body is the mirror

of our soul.“”
This realization led me to pursue my Holistic Counselor Training, did a Systemic Counselor Training and started my training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner while I am now study psychology, obtain my license as a Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapie.
Through my own journey, I’ve discovered who I truly am. The qualities of trust, compassion, strength, and courage have allowed me to heal, to live with my past wounds and to learn to love and accept myself. Your own journey as a facilitator or therapist is essential — you cannot lead people to places you are afraid to go yourself.
This path has strengthened my purpose. It fulfills me deeply to empower and inspire people to find the courage and consistency to step out of old patterns, heal traumatic experiences, come back to life, live fully embodied and create the relationships they have longed for.
“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
Rumi
Today, I support people through somatic therapy, breathwork, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed embodiment, and integrative holistic counseling.
I work with individuals who are seeking emotional safety, reconnection with their body, healing from past trauma, or deeper, meaningful relationships. My work is trauma-informed, somatic, slow-paced, nervous-system-oriented and non-judgmental and compassionate.
My own wisdom and lived experiences have deepened my values — what I stand for wholeheartedly: humanity, faith, authenticity, kindness, respect, compassion, acceptance, and real, meaningful contact. I want to be part of the change this world needs.
If my work resonates with you, and you want to feel alive again — regulated, grounded, and at home within yourself — I would be honored to support you on your journey.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. Your healing matters — for you, and for the world.

So write and draw and build and play and dance and live as only you can.”

Nature
touches
me deeply
I love immersing myself in different worlds — being inspired by the culinary and cultural offerings of big cities.
But when I step into nature, I feel that this is where I truly belong.
In places like the forest, the sea, or the mountains, I draw my deepest strength. I feel nourished, restored and profoundly connected to myself.
In nature, I create a space that heals and strengthens me.
Being in connection with the natural world makes me humble and allows me to wholeheartedly recognize that I am part of something greater.
