Right of Withdrawal

As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform me via email at info@isabelspahr.de that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
It is sufficient to send this notification before the withdrawal period expires. A model withdrawal form is provided below, which you may use, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from your contract, I will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal.
This refund is conditional upon my receipt of all goods or proof that they have been returned.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by you.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the individual production of goods that are tailored to your personal requirements or to products consisting of digital content.
