If you long for more inner peace, emotional clarity, and a grounded connection to yourself, my somatic work offers a gentle path back home to your body.

My holistic approach weaves modern Western somatic psychology with the timeless wisdom of the East. I work in a client-centered, body-oriented way, supporting shock, developmental trauma, and attachment wounds with presence, attunement, and compassion.
My work is rooted in professional training in somatic therapy and my experience supporting people through emotional, physical, and relational healing.

My intention is to help you reconnect with and nurture an intimate relationship with yourself. Healing unfolds most deeply when body, mind, and soul are engaged. There are no quick fixes—only authentic, sustainable change that arises from within you.

In our sessions, you gently release stored stress and unresolved patterns, restoring balance and ease in your nervous system. Somatic work helps you step out of old reactions, transform limiting beliefs, settle tension, and reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom.

Somatic Psychology supports you:
