Reconnect with your body, your emotions, and other beautiful human beings. Many of us have lost touch with what we truly feel inside. We struggle to express our needs, longing for safety, intimacy, and real connection. Yet we often find ourselves stuck in old patterns and rigid personality structures that keep us disconnected from our intuition and hold tension in our bodies from suppressed memories.
I create a safe, intimate, and compassionate space where every participant is honored and supported and all experiences are welcomed. Slow down, listen within, and explore what has been shaping your life beneath the surface.
Through inquiry, somatic experiencing, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll experience physical awakening, release stored stress and emotions, restore balance, and cultivate a sense of inner safety. You will develop the capacity to meet life’s challenges with clarity, presence, and resilience.

The retreat takes place in a warm and safe environment — a beautiful space at Ohana in Hamburg — with a maximum of six participants. Every detail, from a delicious lunch to nourishing snacks from one of my favorite cafés in Hamburg, supports your well-being and comfort.
